Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aya Mama mobile application (package name: org.glucorp.app) and related services (the "Services") provided by GluCorp Health Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to monitor maternal health.
• You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malicious code, or violating applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@glucorp.org.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

The App provides tools for tracking health metrics such as blood pressure, glucose, and symptoms. This information is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
• You assume full responsibility for actions taken based on App information.

• All content, features, and designs in the App are owned by GluCorp Health Inc. or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our permission.
• Limited license: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics).

• These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.

• You may terminate your account by following the deletion process outlined in our Account Deletion page.
• Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Effective Date". Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
